After reading a couple of mixed reviews about The Coop Espresso, a friend and I decided to grab some coffee there one afternoon with my companion, the hungry little goldfish.
Approaching the store it dawned upon us that it was the perfect time to get a coffee with a friend, as they did afternoon coffee specials, with quite significant discounts when more than one cup is purchased.
My companion and I both ordered the 12 ounce cappuccino takeaway. Its richness and smoothness of the coffee seriously impressed me. Whilst it wasn't the strongest, the quality of the milk that they used and their way of frothing it up definitely made it one of the best coffees I've had in Brisbane.
